I opened my eyes and I'd seen a destroyed and barren world, with houses and hotels, old ones, in a line, with buildings, trash and worthless garbage scattered and buried, then I look to my sides and see random people I've never seen before, all in a line, then a buzzer sounded, and everyone was running, so I ran too, and I hid, I was scared, then I see a giant t Rex with a laser eye, and it felt so real, I was terrified, it was a game of hide and seek, then I see my god sister, she tried to take my spot and so I pushed her out my hiding spot and the t Rex found her and ate her, I was crying, then it restarts, but my God sister was never seen again, it went on forever, what seemed like hours. round after round, someone got found, wether it be a family member or someone random, I ended up killing my sister and God sister, then, as I was looking for a place to hide, I got found, I thought the rounds would end, but they didn't, it just reset, and one round, I was looking for a hiding spot, and I was in a bathroom, and there was a loose tile, so I took it off and there was pipes and a brick wall behind it, so I crawled in, even though it was clear not even a small dog could fit, but I managed somehow, then I just saw myself slither up and go into this foggy very fancy bathroom, it was tile with multiple showers, it was so nice, but very foggy, then, the game finally ended, I don't know if I was supposed to find the bathroom, but it ended the game, this was a reoccurring dream, and it lasted for about a year, reoccuring about 12 times, some two nights in a row
Dreams like the one you described can be rich in symbolism and may reflect various aspects of your subconscious. Here are some interpretations of the different elements in your dream:
Destruction and Barrenness: The destroyed and barren world could symbolize feelings of hopelessness, desolation, or a significant change in your life. It might reflect your concerns about the environment, societal issues, or your personal situation.
Random People: The presence of strangers could signify feelings of isolation or disconnection. You might be navigating a phase of your life where you feel surrounded by people yet emotionally distant.
Game of Hide and Seek: This element could represent a feeling of avoidance or a desire to escape from certain responsibilities, fears, or challenges in your life. The competitive aspect might reflect interpersonal dynamics or conflicts you are facing.
T-Rex with Laser Eyes: A giant creature might symbolize a significant fear or anxiety in your life. The intensity of the T-Rex could represent a powerful threat or overwhelming problem that feels larger than life and very real to you.
Pushing Your God Sister Out of the Hiding Spot: This act may suggest inner conflict regarding your relationships. It could reflect feelings of guilt or the necessity to prioritizing your own survival or well-being over your loved ones, leading to feelings of remorse.
Repetition of the Game: The cyclical nature of the dream—where it resets after each round—may indicate that you are stuck in a particular situation or emotional state in your waking life. This feeling of being trapped can generate a sense of hopelessness.
Bathroom and the Loose Tile: Bathrooms often symbolize a place of cleansing or dealing with private matters. The hidden area behind the tile could represent a hidden aspect of yourself or unresolved issues that you need to confront. The fancy bathroom may indicate a desire for escape or indulgence, but the fog could symbolize confusion or a lack of clarity about your path.
Emotional Release: The crying and eventual conclusion of the game suggest a cathartic release of emotions. Your dream may be processing grief, sadness, or anxiety, emphasizing the need for resolution.
Overall, this dream seems to encapsulate themes of fear, disconnection, and the struggle for personal safety and self-identity amidst emotional chaos. Recurrent and intense dreams often indicate ongoing struggles or unresolved emotional issues. It may be helpful to explore feelings that resonate with these themes in your waking life or consider talking to someone about your experiences for deeper understanding and healing.
